Today was one of my favorite Thanksgiving traditions – Mountaire’s Thanksgiving for Thousands. I always enjoy helping pack boxes for this worthy cause. This year Mountaire and their volunteers will pack 31,500 boxes at 4 locations that will be distributed throughout 5 states. Hats off to Mountaire for the great work they do for our community.

This morning, I joined Senator Dave Wilson, Representative Jeff Hilovsky, Representative Tim Dukes, and hundreds of other volunteers for Mountaire’s Thanksgiving for Thousands. Each year, Mountaire stuffs and donates thousands (as the name suggests) of boxes of food to the local community ahead of Thanksgiving.
