Wednesday afternoon, the Delaware State Senate unanimously passed my latest measure, Senate Bill 92 (SB92). The legislation expands on current Delaware Code by allowing active volunteer firefighters, EMTs and life-members to choose between a free annual surf fishing permit or a free annual pass to enter a state park.
SB92 will now be assigned to a House committee for consideration.
