DSSA has been supporting and funding our fellow law abiding citizens of New York over the past few years in their fight to be able to exercise their 2nd Amendment rights. The latest case deals with New York law that bars most law-abiding citizens from carrying a handgun outside of the home.
DSSA has joined many other groups throughout the nation in support of the plaintiffs. Arguments before the U.S. Supreme Court will be held this fall with a decision expected in early 2022. A copy of the Amici Curiae brief can be found here:
