Thousands of workers across
Delaware will get a raise today as the First
State’s minimum wage increases to $11.75/hour.
This is the second in a series of minimum wage
increases that will ultimately raise our state’s
minimum wage to $15 per hour by 2025. Under
Senate Bill 15, Delaware’s minimum wage
earners will see a $1.50 raise in 2024, and a
$1.75 raise in 2025.
