SUPPORT HB 445: Reducing Gross Receipts by 50%
Most states don’t have the hidden sales tax – aka gross receipts tax. With inflation raging at 40-year highs, Delaware should not be one of seven states forcing retailers to charge more for their products. Government officials have a duty to the public to be fiscally responsible and to avoid favoritism in the procurement process. These interests are not served when an agency requires a union-only Project Labor Agreement, which discourages the vast majority of the industry from bidding. Read More.

Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) laws are instrumental in keeping our government in check by uncovering instances of fraud, waste, and abuse. Senate Bill 155 will inhibit the public’s ability to access information about state government.
