On Wednesday afternoon, I joined elected officials, citizens and advocates to show our support for law enforcement at the annual Law Enforcement Memorial ceremony at Legislative Hall. This is always wonderful, yet somber, event as we honor the men and women who have given their lives to ensure our safety.
After witnessing Corporal Keith Heacook’s return home and the turnout at this ceremony, I am proud of my fellow Delawareans and their unwavering support for law enforcement.
