| Eligible municipal governments and nonprofit organizations in Delaware are encouraged to apply for state capital funding that is awarded through the Community Reinvestment Fund, Grant funds that are awarded can be used for community redevelopment, revitalization, and investment capital projects which will “improve the economic, culture, historical, and recreational health of Delaware communities.” The deadline to apply is May 15th. All applications will need to be submitted from the requesting organization.
