CONVOYS – Saturday, 10/8~Join the Convoy from all over Delaware to the event on Saturday.
To draw attention to the Freedom Festival and to increase the FUN, we are planning four convoys designed to cover Delaware and bordering Maryland shore communities. Each convoy will require a LEADER and assistance from HOP-ON POINT ORGANIZERS.
We will advertise this event extensively in print and social media. In addition, we will use local talk radio to encourage participation in the convoys. Convoy Leaders are responsible for recruiting Hop-on Point Organizers, keeping in touch with the Hop-on Point Organizers to let them know of ETAs to their locations, and communicating with the Festival Coordinator to keep him/her aware of the ETA for each group.
Hop-on Organizers will recruit Convoy participants and communicate with the Convoy Leader.
