The General Assembly returns to work on Tuesday following its brief one week recess for Joint Bond Bill Committee hearings.
House committee hearings will continue to be conducted in a hybrid fashion through April.
There are three ways for the public to provide comments during a House committee meeting:
1. Submit written public comment to the committee chair, House Majority Policy Staff, and/or via the committee mailbox at HouseCommitteeComment@delaware.gov
. Written comments are strongly encouraged and will be accepted until 24 hours after a meeting has concluded. Written comments submitted a day in advance of the committee hearing will be provided to the committee members when the meeting commences. All public comments will be documented and made part of the permanent record.
2. Members of the public may attend the committee meeting in-person at Legislative Hall to share their comments with committee members.
3. A conference call line and verbal password will also be provided to permit the public to continue participating in House committee meetings remotely.
