Senate Bill 65, the Focus on Alternative Skills Training Program (FAST) will be heard in the Senate Labor Committee this Wednesday, March 24th, at 2:30 p.m.
I am proud to sponsor this bill, which will create a program similar SEED and offer recent graduates up to $9000 towards an approved non-credit certificate. Delaware has a high demand for well-paying jobs in various trades, but the current supply of certified workers is low. SB65 will help close that gap.
