Sussex Safety Message :
The Delaware Emergency Management Agency (DEMA) and the Delaware Department of Transportation (DelDOT) are part of a coalition of public service agencies urging citizens to prepare for severe winter weather.
The group is encouraging all Delawareans to:
- Make sure you have emergency kits in your vehicle and at home.
- Ensure your home and vehicle are prepared for the extreme cold temperatures.
- Be prepared to bring your pets/animals inside in the event of a winter storm or freezing temperatures.
