– Start of the Statewide caravan will be in Georgetown, DE.
– Staging area (1) will be at the Marvel Museum in Georgetown starting at 11:30am.
CONTINUE North on RT. 113 & RT.1 to Kent County
– Staging area (2) will be at the Route 1 North on-ramp shoulder along Route 8 in Dover.
CONTINUE North on RT. 1 to New Castle County
– Staging area (3) is being finalized.
